Marriage Makes Men Healthier.

Men who left their partners for a divorce or death will likely be healthier if remarried.

The findings by Harvard University is based on research that studied the effects of dissolution of marriage on men, either through death or divorce his wife.

The study involved more than 40,000 men aged between 40 and 75 and conducted from 1986 to 1994.

Researchers noted the condition of each participant every four years based on marital status, diet, exercise and overall health.

The results found that men who left his wife due to death or divorce consume more alcohol and reduce the intake of vegetables in the diet.

This condition is contrary to women. Women tend to increase their vegetable intake and reduce the amount of alcohol when already divorced.

On the other hand, marriage is also not entirely good news for men. Researchers say that priayang married more likely to experience weight gain and reduced the time to exercise.

But overall, the researchers believe the marriage still provide substantial benefits to men's health. Only physicians and other health experts should take over the task of education to the men not to change dietary patterns that have been executed or any other health behaviors even married.
