Disease can indeed come from anywhere. But unwittingly made a habit of everyday can be a trigger illness. Any habit that?
Home is the place of someone doing all sorts of activity and rest. But things are done daily at home was able to trigger a person is sick.

4. Not cleaning the air conditioner
The inside of the air conditioner can be an optimal place for various types of fungi and microbes multiply. This is because the area is humid and warm environment. Sometimes when AC turned the spores can spread into the atmosphere, hence the AC should be cleaned regularly.
5. Not check the expiration date
Every time you buy goods, the first thing it should do is check the expiration date, but unfortunately many people do not care about that. Whereas food or beverages that have expired can cause poisoning with symptoms of nausea, diarrhea and vomiting.
6. Not bathing pets
Pets are just like other living things that need to be cleaned to be free of lice and other parasites. For that mandikanlah pets regularly to avoid any disease that can be transmitted to humans.
7. Watching television
Things are always done while watching television is snacking on salty foods, high caloric and fatty foods. This is a combination of unhealthy and can lead to obesity so it becomes a risk factor for many diseases.
